    • 8:30–9:30 – Start with a hearty, healthy breakfast to fuel your day.

      9:30 – Depart for your morning surf adventure.

      10:00–12:00 – Morning surf lessons with our expert instructors.

      12:00–13:30 – Enjoy a delicious beachside lunch with your friends and fellow surfers.

      13:30–16:00 – Supervised afternoon surf session—practice your skills or try new waves.

      16:00–17:00 – Return to the surf hotel to relax and refresh.

      17:30–18:30 – Optional sunset yoga session to unwind and stretch.

      19:00 – Dinner with great food and even better company.
